Not to my knowledge, plus he couldn't really even play guitar either. Yeah the King's influence is bigger but I give the edge to EC since he writes his own songs and can play instruments as well.

Heard a story about one of his song writers.
This guy was auditioning to write songs for Elvis and said he could write a song about anything. Elvis took a soda and shook it then opened it. It spewed everywhere. He said write a song about that. He wrote All Shook Up. True???? Good story either way.
