I picked Zona to upset BYU. Not too hard to believe actually. The only 2 good teams they played this year they lost to (TCU and Utah). Arizona is a decent team and i think it was the 4th year in a row BYU went to this bowl game. Probably not too excited about making the trip again.

That Zona game was a good watch. Looking through the bowl matchups though, I don't think I've seen such lackluster matchups. Not really more than 3 games I even care to watch.

Boise st and TCU game should be a good one. They really messed up the bcs games this year. I'm about tired of the bowl tie in thingy. If they want to keep the BCS system. They should do away with bowl tie ins in those games and put the best matchups possible in those games.

Droski, what do you think your chances are against the U, and do you think you should cover the 7 point spread?

seeing as how it is: a virtual Cal home game; their qb stinks and we are 3rd in the country in INTs; tedford is a far better coach than shannon; and they suck against the run. . . i expect us to win fairly easily. <knock on wood>

I am sitting here eating a late lunch and just saw those byu vs zona highlights and wtf was byu doing being ranked 16th? Zona is no good and byu looked lost. What was I thinking taking BYU in my office bowl pool? Never ever should BYU be ranked again. I don't care if they are returning 19 starters and have the 2nd coming of Bringham Young on their team

Do you hear me ESPN?? I don't care about BYU in 2009. So please don't even discuss them as potential BCS busters in 09. Nuff said

I am looking forward to this bowl too. I havent seen that much of TCU. I guess I will have to take BSU in this one.

Good to hear, I was thinking about putting some money down on Cal, and now I probably will.
