Depends on the batter. They have all that info.

Gallo never goes to LF. Ground or air. Someone like Freddie or even Ronald pull on the ground but lot of oppo in the air. So the shift made sense for them but you could never do the OF thing. Same for a lot of guys but there will still be plenty of Gallo’s that are dead pull everywhere. They will see this type of shift until baseball stops it too
