Technically, they aren’t asking the same thing, even though you couldn’t win one and not the other. It’s “Will there be any runs scored?” as opposed to “Will there be at least one run scored?”

Absolutely right - but functionally the bets are the exact same thing so it's weird they have different odds.

It's never by any amount that makes a difference...if one is -120 the other will be something like -123, but it doesn't make sense to me.
