No clue on how successful Profar will be this year. I do know one thing:

Y'all better hope Profar is good. Cuz if he’s not, RawStanFloTopSchiesty will remind each of you in only ways that he could.

In spite of the glaring differences of opinion on display, it is still absolutely paramount that we ALL have a good day. Even Carp!

Maybe it’s legit. But even if he repeats the exact same success as last season we are still in battle for a wild card spot. It’s tiresome.

We won a WC spot last year while missing our 2 best players... Somehow when we add those players back and sign a 4 WAR OFer we aren't gonna be better? I think you forget just how good this team was in 2023 when we won 104 games.

I would put good money on the Phillies taking a huge step back this season. Their core is old.

The Mets are improved with Soto for sure. Of course we are equally improved with a healthy Acuna. And the Mets SP is underwhelming to say the least.

There is a reason the Braves have 2nd best Win projections in baseball right now, behind the Dodgers. This team is still really friggin good.

Prolly because we have been absolutely embarrassed by the Phillies multiple years running and they and yes the Mets at least appear to be serious organizations and that’s not me even mentioning the Dudgers. Who as we stand have absolutely zero chance of going through to get to the WS

Freddie's dominant WS performance aside, he saw a pretty significant decline in production last year. He's at the age 1b start to decline. Would not be surprised to see more decline in 2025.

Everyone stays healthy, and that is absolutely a WS contender (When Ronnie comes back). Not sure how you can look at it and not think so

I don't think we have the rotation or bullpen to be a WS contender. Playoffs yes, but probably another early exit.

I imagine SS will be his former self, but there's no way Sale repeats last season.

We were injury prone for 1 season. Calm down. And we still won 89 games with Riley missing 30+ games. Ozzie and Harris missing 60 games, and Acuna and Strider missing practically the entire season.

Man, what a mediocre team this is.

Yeah his historical performance of smashing a home run every at bat in the World Series aside and the subtle drop in his production after his son almost DIED… really cost the duds

Not much reason? He'll be 36 and was extremely injury prone for years until last year.
