Ain't much to the excuses.

Even the D's are saying they can't outrun Obama.

And the ones that have, don't know him.

No whining or excuses from me.

I'm worried about the mental stability of a couple of people, but assume that the establishment on both sides can avoid the Armageddon some on the extreme right got elected promising to wreak.

The establishment on both sides ARE THE INMATES at the asylum. The ones you seem to be trusting to save us are the very ones that have brought us to the brink of financial ruin. Those on the extreme right are pulling back hard on the brake before the "establishment" drives the train right over the cliff.

I hear you, and don't completely disagree.

I just sense that a select handful of those just elected think that the way to stop the train from driving off the cliff is to blow it up.

I missed this same commentary when Pelosi and Co were actually blowing up the train, rather than just talking about it.

Gridlock will probably be good for the economy. Business needs to fly free of the chains of over regulation for awhile in order to create some jobs. Eventually, it'll trickle down when the guy who does landscaping for the fellow who sells Lear jets to the trail lawyer who files a massive shareholder derivative action against ACME Corp. leaves a couple of bucks to the hash slinger at Waffle House out by the by-pass.
