I was introduced to the victory cigar in the 70’s, by my dad, I was still in my teens. Back then we listened to the games (not many Alabama games on TV) and didn’t have so much info about the tradition. Anyway moving forward to this years annual physical the Dr ask me if I still smoke? I was confused a little and inquired since I do not smoke (Redman chew man here). The Dr stated you listed you smoke cigars occasionally…. I laughed and said, Oh you mean my victory cigar. He graduated from Michigan and didn’t have a clue.

Hope to smoke one Saturday, but I’m worried since we are not playing well.

If y’all win, Neyland will look like Woodstock with the smoke rising from the stadium.

Enjoy the game and let’s have some fun!

Call it BVS, but I just don't see your team taking the L tomorrow. They're still ranked #3 in the nation for a reason. Peyton Manning will be in town. Unfortunately, I feel the Vols will match his college jersey number and extend the streak 16 in a row.

He killed us when he was QB, but when he on the sideline as a guest, he has been bad luck for y’all.

I'm not a cigar smoker, I would rather just see everyone singing "We don't give a damn about the whole state of alabama..." until the bammers are all gone from the stadium.
