Good for them.
Longest AP Top 25 drought for a P5 team belongs to the Indiana Hoosiers. 9/24/94. Wow.

And that's not changing any time soon
Yep, although they did beat Michigan State on Saturday. Probably their biggest win in many years.
Kevin Wilson is 23-42 in 6+ years and has only won 9 conference games. Still their coach and isn't particularly on a hot seat. Really illustrates the difference in expectations between different schools, doesn't it?
Coming in at #21 after a 4-1 start.
The last ranking they had was a #22 ranking which they lost after Iowa State beat them Nov. 12, 2005.
They haven't finished a season ranked, though, since 2002.

Good to hear. CU is doing well and in the PAC12 of all places. Although I do miss the old days of the Big 8 and their annual game against Nebraska.
The year they blew out Nebraska and the Huskers made it to the BCS title game anyway. I think it a as 2000 or 2001. Seems like they had about 500 rushing yards in that game.
The ran all over Nebraska's blackshirt defense that day.
Then after the beating they received at the hands of CU that evening, 2 weeks later they were selected to be in the MNC game. There was disagreement everywhere with that matchup, mainly because many wondered how a team that didn't win it's own conference and was blown out 2 weeks prior, be selected for the Rose bowl title game.
Miami proved everyone right a few weeks later.
Well, it was because both UT choked against LSU in the SEC Championship and Texas choked against Colorado in the Big 12 Championship that same weekend.
