With recruiting limits, with spread of conference cash among all the teams, every school will have mansions and goodies for the players. All teams will have good players that on any day can beat any other team. The only rare exception are teams that get a few exceptional players, and the main one is the QB. TN's QB has amazing physical characteristics and could end up great in the NFL; but is he capable at this point of doing what Hooker did to make TN stand above most others? It doesn't appear so at this point but time will tell.
