Colorado man tries to trade places with dog to avoid DUI arrest

A driver, who was pulled over for speeding, tried to switch places with his dog to avoid arrest, police in Colorado said.

An officer watched him maneuvering inside the car before he got out on the passenger side on Saturday night in Springfield, a town of about 1,300 people on the state’s Eastern Plains, police said in a Facebook post Sunday.

Just how much do you have to drink to think something like this will work?

According to StatMuse, Babe Ruth (1921 and 1923) is the only player with 200 hits, 150 runs, 100 walks, 100 rbi, 40 doubles, 40 home runs in a season. Acuña might come very close to those numbers as well as adding on 50+ stolen bases. Braves are lucky to have such a talent.

• 1997 - Jim Leyland returns to Pittsburgh for the first time wearing a uniform other than that of the Pirates. Leyland, who spent 11 seasons as skipper in Pittsburgh, sees his new team, the Marlins, beat the Pirates, 3-1. Two days later he leaves town with Florida's first-ever sweep in Pittsburgh.

He's transferring to GA & will be considered a "walk on" for the bulldogs.

Two of those coaches had their respective teams in the Finals facing off against one another a couple years ago. Pretty sad. Doc needed to go. He is a very good coach but the 76ers have championship aspirations and Doc hasn’t proven he can do that since his time in Boston, even with all the stacked rosters he has been given. He should have at least two more titles on his résumé with the teams he has been given to lead. He will always be that guy that will have your team in contention but will fall short of expectations.
