The Dugout - General Topics, Chat, Random Photos and Memes.......No Politics

This is our first year. We move to Ohio last year. it'll be one year on Wednesday. We have 8-9 bucks, and as many does. The big 10 point is the only buck on the hit list. One of the big does will go in the freezer for sure.

I shot a 138-6/8"buck, my son shot a 136-4/8" buck in Texas.
Those are both very nice. Tough to get them that big where I am. Too many city folk bringing their kids out to shoot every 4 point that walks the treeline.

Falcons get the ball back down 4, let’s see if Ridder can deliver a victory

According to my Lions rooting guide, I’m pulling for the Falcons

Falcons (4-5) at Cardinals (1-8) — 4:05 p.m. ET — CBS

Root for: Falcons
Nobody should be afraid of the Falcons, as they’re a team in disarray. So giving them a win is essentially harmless, even if it moves them to .500. Remember, the Lions thoroughly beat them and have that key head-to-head.

But why are we rooting for them this week? To keep the Bears out of the No. 1 pick. Chicago and Carolina are both vying for that top spot—and the Bears have both teams’ first-round picks. Meanwhile, it seems like the Cardinals are the only team standing between them and that pick, so let’s keep them there with another loss.
