He had the first down on the 3rd down rollout, but instead of throwing a touch pass to the guy wide open, 8 yards down field, he throws a dart into double coverage, 25 yards downfield.
If Joe had a little higher football IQ, he would’ve been the Heisman candidate we all hoped he’d be.
