I am feeling a little worse today after the feel good medicine has now worn off. It’s tolerable pain as long as I make slow steady movements getting out of bed and walking. I’m trying to limit my walking these first 3 days until the pain decreases. I did walk up/down 1 flight of stairs to see how that felt and I’m holding off on that for a few more days going forward lol

@knoxvol52 your Dodgers are hoping for a miracle with this one. I just don’t why they don’t take this extremely cautious and start him out as a reliever. If this dude ends up having a 3rd Tommy John and ending his career because they are trying to make him a starter again, that’s on the organization imo.

I'm sure he will be on a pitch count and monitored throughout his start.

Still getting up B4 the chickens 👍 to come post on VN. Have a great healing day.

Better wipe the smile off some of those kids faces. This series is always a tough one and coming off that embarrassing midweek loss they better come out ready to play. Florida is a desperate team right now fighting to stay in the NCAAT. I don’t care what their record is, they are still a dangerous team.

I know he has been doing rehab starts and according to his stats he has been averaging just over 60 pitches over his 6 starts. So he already has 375 live game pitches this year, not including warm ups, practice, and simulated games. If I were the manager I would be bumping that down to 40. I would rather be overly conservative and do right by the player than risk another injury. It’s just scary since he has had 2 of these now.

Some projectionists have James Pearce Jr as a potential #1 overall draft pick in next year’s NFL Draft. He appears to be a unanimous top 5 selection across the board. Nico will almost certainly be a top 10 selection the following year also. And yet people are concerned about Heupel’s players not making it into the first round lol

Title worthy teams have multiple first round guys usually in multiple years…I hope we are getting to that point!

If Giants tank this season Carson Beck is projected to them on some early mock drafts.
Some have Pearce Jr. as high as top pick but no lower than 4th overall.

Good times coming.

Carson Beck is about to be Georgia’s Bryce Young. Their prodigal son will leave without being the starting QB of a national champion
