Took the boys and their buddy to Dollywood today and shockingly there were absolutely no lines! As such, we executed a campaign through the park: Big Bear Mountain 4X, Wild Eagle 3X, Lightning Rod 3X, Tennessee Tornado, Mystery Mine, Fire Chaser, and miscellaneous other rides. It was amazing, but also I discovered that that many roller coaster rides feels different when you’re my age!!

It starts being more about did I survive than did I have fun….but I’m still riding baby!

Yeah, I def had a low point in the middle of that we don’t need to go into, but then they wanted to do a few more eagle and lightning rod and it had to be done! The funny thing is it was less than 6 months ago that I had to coax/fool them into the big rides and now I’ve created two monsters!

There’s nothing quite like the ride of being a Tennessee fan though. That would be the craziest ride imaginable.

Yeah, I don’t do amusement parks in the summer, it boggles my mind that people do with the heat and lines. We’ll go to the water park though. We almost always go on Sundays when it’s quiet, especially in the morning (heathen hour).

We did go the Monday, day after Easter, and that was an absolute madhouse. I figured lots of people would be working that day and ignored that kids were out of school.

We did have a near disaster today, two cars after our last ride on lightning rod got stuck on the way up the first incline…

After watching a couple of innings of Dodgers series, I'm almost fed up w/Braves.
They didn't know how to play a "real" professional ball team. It was pathetic.
And seeing Freeman dance & grin while standing on the base made me sick.
