Thanks. Basketball at Tulane has pretty much been meh since Perry Clark left for the job at Miami. When I was in school there, there was great college basketball in NOLA. At one point, both Tulane and UNO (not the card game, the University of New Orleans) were both top 25 at the same time. Tim Floyd was coaching UNO, and he later replaced some guy named Phil Jackson in, I think, Chicago

Tulane's on campus basketball 'arena' was great. Most hated by Denny Crum. It's the size of a large high school gym, and you had to camp out for tickets to good games. And, being New Orleans, fans would partake before games. Tulane football in the dome was attended like a high school game. I went from a UT where football was great and basketball was mediocre, to a Tulane that was the exact opposite. Tulane had a good baseball programs as well when I was there.

As for me the end all be all was Agassi as a kid and then Federer. I don’t think I could ever like any players going forward the way I loved those two.
