Let me preface this by saying I have no idea. But I took it as roster limit of 35 with 35 full scholarships. While that does eliminate some spots, I think it's still much better as less kids would be pushed out and your entire roster would be on scholarship.

Without looking, my personal three would be Peyton Manning, Candace Parker, and Monica Abbott. Monica Abbott isn’t talked about much but she is one of the great pitchers of all-time. We all know how great she was at UT but taking into account for Team USA only, she has some absurd statistics:
