I'm only at 36 years. At 58, I still have to break rocks for a few more years.
I was 36 when my twin boys were born & still went to work 10 hrs
each day starting at 7 am CT. Plus, I worked 6-8 hrs on Saturday's
for overtime pay to feed the twins & the wife. Didn't care about
myself, I just knew they came first before anything else did.

Why is that "extremely irresponsible"? I don't get the message sent here.
Austin, Texas is a huge place for sports events. I'm sure they have F1 race
car fans that would like to see the race over a college football game.
I’m guessing it’s a dig related to the lead foot problem that some Georgia players have exhibited lately.

Been there & did that for 48 years. But now, I live in retirement world.
I'm just now on my 2nd cup of coffee after getting up at 9 am CT.
If you (we) are lucky to live long in life you'll be having a retired life too.

CT can or does stand for Coffee Time.

I suggest you operate under multiple time zones. For example, wake up on Pacific Time or whatever time Hawaii operates on?

Nothing you posted made sense to me. CT = Central Time Zone. Not coffee time.
And get off my lawn. :p

When you are talking about going to work at 7 AM, it’s not necessary to tell us the time zone.

Hello Vols Fans on an October Friday.
Have a great Halloween season weekend in late October.

I’m relaxing with cousins and family in Connecticut for a cousin’s wedding mostly, and to relax in this New England State.

2024 MLB Playoffs
The Guardians and Guardians fans hoping that game 3 wasn’t lightning in a bottle because realistically the Guardians can play solid baseball in game to prevail vs the stacked Yankees in the critical game 4.

Most likely the Dodgers eliminate the Mets tonight. The Mets had a great season except they haven’t shown the ability to consistently outplay a Dodgers team that has more hitting talent, and more great pitchers.

College Football Friday
Oregon at Purdue
Most likely the powerhouse undefeated Oregon team that is a Ferrari SF90 Stradale isn’t overlooking the very terrible Purdue team.
For Purdue it’s a terrible season so this is their National Championship because they couldn’t upset Notre Dame.

I think Heupel said that we'll always wear orange/white against bama, as long as he's in charge
Yes, for "traditional rivals." So far that has meant Bama, Georgia, and Florida. Great idea, imo. Wants to highlight and reinforce the brand and tradition in the biggest games. 💪

As a side benefit, it enables some fun slights. We wear dark mode (which the kids and fans love) for Kentucky. That builds that game up, in a way. But it also implicitly says that they are not up to the standard of being a traditional rival. 😂

Yep.

This list may not be comprehensive, but it will give you an idea.

Connecticut aka a New England is very beautiful during Fall.

Also, I did see a badass very cool thundering Corvette moving in the downtown Hartford area.
It’s visible on the right.

College Football Saturday
Texas defeating Georgia wouldn’t be a surprise even though that’s a heavyweight lifting task even with it being in Texas.

I’m hopeful Tennessee is able to execute more clutch plays to defeat Alabama in an epic thriller in Rocky Top.

Kentucky continue to have the high bar advantage for Men’s College Basketball including they’ve won National Championships so the Kentucky football team never having been as great any past great Alabama teams is less of a depressing flaw.
They’ve never been epic like a James Cameron Blockbuster.
