I was saying that I should maybe doing some signal process problems because there aren't any classes today so we could read before finals. It's GT answer to combat stress before finals. (with so so results).

Beamforming or spatial filtering is a signal processing technique used in sensor arrays for directional signal transmission or reception.
It allows you to use your cell phone and move around. It's used for missile guidance, radar, sonar, drones etc.

In high school, a kid asked me what movie that came from. When I told him it's actually real and the camera is miles away and the shock wave would not only stop his heart, but probably blow his body apart and leave the bones.

I think I broke his brain, but made him think about nuclear weapons as more than just a bomb.

Having grown up in the shadow of the Manhattan Project, I get it. Megaton is a tough concept to tackle.

I just thought it was a sad commentary on society that to most kids it was a computer graphic used in movies. At least your generation knows and respects the power of nuclear weapons.

Most people my age have no idea. At all. Which is sad considering they have access to the entire world history in their pocket and have had that for years.

As an aside, I made liver and onions using your link to the recipe. A friend of a friend was at our house and tried it and he raved about how he felt an hour later and said something along the lines of, "I feel healthier and have way more energy, but I"m not jittery like when I have RedBull...... and I feel stronger too...... and LOOK, my veins are kind of popping like after a workout!"

think im gonna be glued yo the tube and ez chair a while.

Had back surgery Monday, with a 6-week recovery ahead. Procedure was skedded for July, but problems in the home front caused the delay.

Think things swill be swell if I can find a way to not walk to frig and then bend to grab a brew

back to watching the flag and broom
