SVP goes off on The Golden At Bat…

Threatens using one of George Carlin’s seven words…

Me?: Bend over, Manfred. I’ve got yer Golden Bat hanging right here… 😂
one of my best memories was attending a Carlin show in 1972 in the DC area. Cant recall the name of venue but remember being at a Lovin Spoonful show in the same small arena around 1967

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- The world's tallest teenager might have to wait a year to become the world's tallest college basketball player.

Florida coach Todd Golden said Thursday that Olivier Rioux, a 7-foot-9 freshman who owns a spot in the Guinness record book, is planning to redshirt. Had the popular Canadian played in even one game, he would have burned one of his four seasons of college eligibility.

Instead, Rioux will spend the 2024-25 season practicing with teammates and honing his skills -- and will still be a freshman next fall

think im gonna be glued yo the tube and ez chair a while.

Had back surgery Monday, with a 6-week recovery ahead. Procedure was skedded for July, but problems in the home front caused the delay.

Think things swill be swell if I can find a way to not walk to frig and then bend to grab a brew

back to watching the flag and broom
Hope you have a speedy recovery.

Maybe you can get somebody to set you up with beer in a cooler of ice near where you’re sitting so you don’t have to go to the kitchen.

After earning his degree in business administration, Golden played two years professionally for Maccabi Haifa in Israel’s top division. In 2009, he was co-captain of the USA Open Team, coached by Bruce Pearl, that won gold at the Maccabiah Games. Following his playing career, he spent two years working in sales and marketing in the San Francisco Bay Area, spending time with IMG College and Comcast SportsNet Bay Area.

Golden is married to the former Megan York, who was a four-year volleyball standout at Saint Mary’s and the WCC’s Co-Freshman of the Year in 2007.

One phrase Defamation of Character suit. That's primarily the reason this accusations hasn't went any farther.
