#2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 all lost this week. #1 and #10 skated by in one possession games. We might not even drop a spot because everyone else lost too. People need to stop overreacting to losing basketball games. It happens to every single program.Missed the game today. We’ll probably drop 10 spots cuz the AP loves us so much.
What a crybaby...betcha if it was Stroud that got hit the guy would be screaming Roughing the Passer.
That’s the name of the game unfortunately. Ever since Tom Brady and the tuck rule game, QBs started to realize they can get away with triple homicide, attempt to turn themselves into the police and still be told they didn’t do it and they are free to go home.He is a crybaby and as much as I don't like it, so is Josh Allen. I saw a compilation of all of Allen's flopping and it completely changed my view of him and the NFL in general:
Be a very good QB and cry foul and flop? You'll get the flag you requested - even if it's a late flag and the ref didn't see anything. At a minimum, flopping will get them a review. The poster of the original video is right, that's a gentle take down imo.
QB is a cerebral position and the reason Brady was fun to watch for so long was because he last so long and was able to develop w/o getting killed. So having long careers is actually good for the game and the NFL product, BUT they've gone so far the other way that the game isn't that fun to watch and if I played any other position I'd be ticked off with the amount of protection AND money QBs get. That’s the name of the game unfortunately. Tom Brady was not fun to watch. Dan Marino was fun, Brett Favre was fun, John Elway was fun, Steve Young was fun, Peyton Manning was fun, Steve McNair was fun. Brady benefited from one of the worst calls in playoff history which in turn started a scandal-filled dynasty covered up by the commissioner himself. Tom Brady was the worst thing to ever happen to the NFL. If I didn’t know any better I would think the crew chief that day was a Michigan alum.QB is a cerebral position and the reason Brady was fun to watch for so long was because he last so long and was able to develop w/o getting killed. Go Goff.
Good luck Detroit.
