Hmm, take a great positional player and stay a bad team or take a chance on a talented QB to solve the majority of your problems. Of course the Titans would mess this up

Four/five year window with a rookie QB before that big money contract hits. You have to have your dominoes (roster and staff) lined up before you pull the trigger on using a top of first round pick on another qb. I would bet Captain Mayo at qb again next year.
