I imagine they will modernize it like they did with the Ironman movie.

There was a scene with him that was cut out of The Incredible Hulk, according to a few sites I've read. If that's true, hopefully it will be on the dvd.

In the movie Ironman, Captain America's shield is laying on the table during one of the scenes in his lab.

The solo Captain America movie will take place during WWII and will be following the comics fairly closely.
