That's like saying UT came on strong at the end of the season last year by winning against KY and Vandy...both teams still sucked overall. Also have to look at who NCSU played at the end of the year, they played some of the easier defenses in the ACC in Duke and UNC.

UNC was much better than previous years, but overall the ACC sucked, they all beat up on everyone else. Not one team was consistently good last year.
