Is the same distance from the goal as it has always been. How can anybody in the college level not shoot at least 75% is beyond me. I have not shot free throws in 5 years and I can still hit 7/10 with just 15 minutes practice, just sayin'.

And people say free throws aren't important. Give me a break. If there is not enough alloted time for the team to practice shooting free throws as a team, they should individually shoot them on their own. This is ridiculous.

I can take a in and out or even a ball off the back rim. Tonight Maymon skimmed the rim and Steven almost missed everything to the left.

People just don't practice free throws. And, in a lot of cases, shooting form isn't taught in middle school like it should be.

Like it should be and like it once was. We shot 100 free throws after every practice in the FIFTH AND SIXTH grade. Guess what? We ALL shot 70% or better. Once you get the feel of the wrist, you can shoot them blindfolded and do better than this team can with open eyes.
