The first trailer was released today. I'm puzzled by the choice of music they used for it. The movie looks like it'll be good though.

If Billy doesn't have a cameo, I'm out!

Ha. No cameo in this but I did get booked to film a scene with DiCaprio in Django Unchained. In the scene it's me and some others bidding on a slave that DiCaprio is trying to sell us at a slave auction.

I will probably go see this movie. I had to read the book a couple of times in school. I like Volwark though I am not a big TM fan.

I don't usually like Tobey Maguire, but I think he's a perfect choice for that role.

Looks like it'll be terrible for people who want the movie to be they imagined it when reading the book. But if you can handle a fantastical, semi-steampunk interpretation, could be pretty good.

Saw this movie tonight. Can't quite decide how I feel about it. Anyone else see it?

I thought it was pretty amazing. The scene in the hotel with the ice blocks was cinematic genius.

It was entertaining enough; I liked it a lot more than the 70s version with Redford. That one was a bit boring to me, and Mia Farrow was incredibly annoying.

It was decent. I never read the book so I don't think I got the full effect. The story was much simpler than I thought it would be.

I agree I didn't like the Jay-Z music. All it really did was remind me that I was watching a movie.

All around I give it a 6.5 out of 10. But I'm a harsh movie critic.

This movie was terrible and downright awkward
