That little 'za' makes quite a bit of difference in the Russian language.
For instance, the first word spoken in space by anyone, was; "zagrametrazirovan" (sp?), spoken by a Soviet Cosmonaut on the first 'space walk.'.
It means hermetically sealed and the 'za' means from the outside.
