A simple poll. Can't believe no one has done this already.

I have listed who I think are the most discussed 9 names we've heard plus an "Other". That does not mean any other names are not reasonable.

If you vote "Other", please reply with the name of that other. For instance, Scott Stricklin at Kent State deserves some serious consideration as his team is one win away from Super Regional Play.

Keep in mind there is no way we hire someone this week with the NCAA hearings beginning on Friday and the NCAA tournament still going on.

I think Chris Burke (from Life Goes On) would do a better job than Raleigh.

Holbrock right now is being voiced to be the next big coach. He has turned 2 major schools around with his recruiting. Definitely needs to be the top choice.

Hamilton needs a "sure thing" and Serrano is the closest to it on that list.

Right now, I would take Serrano or Holbrock with ZERO hesitation. I would attend the press conference and put my deposit down on 2012 season tickets as well if they had a table at the back of the room.

I would be happy with ANY of the others too, just not as excited. I would wait until December or so for season tickets.

Even though we hear Honeycutt is interested, I cannot imagine he would leave the Dodgers in June/July for the Tennessee job. If he would/could not leave until the Dodgers were eliminated from contention or September/October; then we could not afford to have him.

We need a full-time coach in place for summer and fall. Local media. Camps. Fall practice. Recruiting and such.

Scott Striklin should be given an interview the more I think about it.

I want Holbrook or Serrano. TCU's coach wouldn't be bad but I don't know if we can get him.
