The INSANE RISE of JALIN HYATT (The BEST WR in College Football)

I love Jalin Hyatt. He has done a phenomenal job and his future is very bright. Please do not see this as a negative or a knock; however, I don't know for sure if he is even the best wide receiver on this team. It will be ridiculous when he and Tillman grace the field together. I cannot wait to see that duo go to work.

EDIT: I totally forgot about Bru. He is a bona fide beast as well. We are truly blessed at the WR position.

He's a Tennessee version of Julio Jones in my opinion.

I love Jalin as much as the next guy, but let's not go over board here. He's had 2 truly great games in his 3 year career. Last Saturday and earlier this year vs Akron. Let's temper expectations a bit.

I’d say he was considered #3 behind Tillman and Bru before Saturday. Did one game change the narrative or will Hyatt continue to have big yardage and multiple DT’s every game?

I would rather say this just shows he is peaking at the right time. It speaks well of his work ethic and the quality of this coaching staff

The important thing to remember is he had a great off season of practice and then had the opportunity to show that progress on the field when given the chance. This has allowed him to gain valuable self confidence and improve his game even more. He will be a force the rest of his carrier at Tennessee. I would love to halve him back, but if he decides to enter the draft, we will miss him, we also have quality WRs who can help lay in SEC.

I would agree. Honestly, Tillman being out may be a huge blessing in disguise. It's allowed Hyatt and Tillman a better opportunity to develop their skills vs top competition. And you know it's tremendously boosted their confidence levels. A large part of playing WR at an elite level is confidence, and I can't imagine it being much higher than what it is right now.

Keyton has played great also. He has made several big catches

I wasn’t sure where to post this but I suppose this is as good a place as any. On Hyatt’s 2nd td they were saying since no part of his body touched the endzone, even though he was inside the pylon, the ball had to cross over or inside the pylon. It was close but if they had ruled no td where were they going to spit the ball? On the goaline?

No i think he's that good and has probably gotten the attention of NFL scouts

Julio Jones is probably one of the top 5-6 WRs the NFL has ever seen. I'm sorry, but it's silly to try and compare Jalin to Julio.
