The Jeselnik Offensive

Comedy Central is doing too much in the "roasting" genre. I'm starting to become numb to it, which is a shame, because their actual roasts are hilarious.

I watched 2 episodes and laughed probably twice. I loved his first stand up for Comedy Central though.

This might be one of the best shows on TV

I think it's hilarious. He is like tosh but with Shatner level hamminess thrown in. I think some of his shticks are ****ty (Panel this into my panel for panel panel) but I enjoy people who say things that people don't have the balls to say. And he has a lot of great comedians come on as well.

But I think his stand up and roasting is much better, same for Jeff Ross and Amy Schumer. I can see an older generation not liking these shows, but I always like brutal and weird stuff. And its not been cancelled in 2 episodes like most comedy central shows, so it can't be doing terrible in ratings.

I like Jeselnik's show. Not the best thing on tv, but good guests keep it good. There's usually a few more good laughs along the way if you like his sort of humor.

I do like that Comedy Central has seemingly given out quite a shows to comedians recently. I think it would be great if they continue and really help the working comics of today. Hit or miss, it's a great opportunity they are giving people. I really think Louie CK helped when his show was hit on FX. Can't say enough of about that guy.
