I was skeptical of the guy like most, but thus far, this guy has really impressed me this season and has already proved his mettle. He's not a world-beater, but I'm pretty darn impressed with him and his poise.

Post your support for Worley here. No detractors and whiners allowed.

He has vastly impressed me this year.

He's tough and he's able to move out of the pocket far more than he did last year.

Worley had a good night. Kudos!

Given the line he has to work with, I think he's had three good nights thus far. While I would love to see him keep the ball and scramble a bit more, I can't really complain about much else.

We saw signs of QBJW's progress and toughness last year until he went down...he made a ton of improvements over the off season and fall camp.

IMO, these are signs of his work ethic and extremely high desire levels. I'm really glad he's our QB and hope the OL improves (which I think they will) so he can win some games for us (which I think he will).

Not sure what all the negas saw last night...but what the rest of us saw was a definite sign of growth. I'd be willing to bet a lot of money, that by the end of the season, we are ALL very proud of team #118.

team #120 is going to be a national powerhouse!!

I think they need to call more run plays for him. It looks like he could fake hand off and run for a first down a lot of times.

Commentators were worried about him for a few. I haven't seen a QB take a beating like that since Matt Simms was here. Maybe not even then. Worley played as good as any QB at any level could with Striker being all over him.
Striker reminded me of Alex Brown against Florida, I keep wanting to call him mole for some reason. Different position but geez we could not get that fool out of our backfield.
That mixed with the oline not being able to hear the snap count hurt Worley. OU's found it too easy to predict the snap count. We may need to work on a silent count system based off something other than waiting a second after the LG touches the center. Wieghts and buffets for the oline for the rest of the season.
Worley wants to win.

His progress from last year compared to this year has been great. He moves well in the pocket to avoid the rush. I agree I can't remember another QB taking a beating like this other than Simms and as tough as he was Worley is proving he is just as tough battling back after getting knocked around all game. Really showed senior leadership last night, couple of plays really hurt us. The Croom Int, the pick 6 and the non reversal of the fumble otherwise after the 1st quarter I felt we played well from then on. We need this Bye week to really figure out what the hell we have to do to correct our O-Line issues.

I think he is the best QB in the SEC east, very poised for as much of a beating he took. I think the OU game will be a great asset to our coaches for the near future.

Worley played well last night.. Not much help from OLine or WRs.
He needs some help from the OC on the matchups. Josh smith shouldn't be getting those screens on the outside. Should be pig or Malone who can make plays the ball in their hands. Never got the protection on third downs, striker killed us on the blitz all night. Would like to have seen a draw in one of those plays.

Worley will grow from that game and go on to have a nice year IMO

Good news is he won't face a defense in the East anywhere near as good as the front 7 was for Oklahoma last night. That Striker kid might be one of the best OLB's I have ever seen, period.

Just hope Worley doesn't have too many nightmares about him.

Worley is tough as hell to stand in that pocket the way he did. Even in the 4th after he had been slammed into the ground a ridiculous amount of times, he still hung in the pocket making throws.

You can't ask for more than that from a QB. O-Line needs to sure themselves up and use this debacle of a performance to motivate them for the rest of the season. It's about time those boys got pissed off and show some rage on that line.
