I don’t see it. Even if Kiffin steals assistants from Bama, NS has always been able to replace them. Kiffin’s biggest challenge will be recruiting in the west to keep up with Bama, LSU, Barn, and A&M. Hugh Freeze had to cheat big time in order to field teams to compete with and beat Bama. The teams that should be worried about LK are Miss State and Arky.

Honestly being from memphis im a little nervous about that guy. Ole miss has always been appealing to kids from that area and there is tons of talent there with Oxford being the closest SEC campus. If he makes memphis a priority in recruiting they could become a thorne in our side. He may not beat Bama but he does present a real problem and he shouldnt be taken lightly

Memphis is important and JP has shown he is recruiting that area hard. IMO we need to get back to landing big time players out of METRO ATL again. Kiffin may be appealing to HS kids but not all of them. He lost a lot of luster after his time at USC. He is a great offensive mind but an average HC at best.

But that is why Saban is whining about his former coaches stealing his assistants is because the ones he is replacing them with aren't as good as the ones he is losing.

The constant is Nick Saban though. He has lost assistants to other programs. Nick whines too much and the media eats it up. The only reason this is even newsworthy is because LK is so controversial and creates attention. I doubt NS is worried that much with LK. He should be worried more about Barn and LSU.

Maybe Lane can irritate Nick just enough that some of the focus shifts away from us and toward shutting Lane up .

Why is he going after our recruits all of a sudden? Don’t he have his own? Here we go like Auburn, they go after our recruits, after Pruitt finds them. This is the lazy route.😡

Because that’s his job.....Were you complaining in December 08 and January 09 when he was trying to flip Bryce Brown, Janzen Jackson, Marsalis Teague, and Nu’keese Richardson?

No, I wasn’t mad about that in 09, but what I’m saying is that when Pruitt find recruits first, then Auburn offers after he finds them. This has been going on for the past two years, and now Kiffin has been visiting our recruits, like Harrison Bailey. Why don’t he go and find his own qtb, since he is new to Ole Miss.

All of the coaches in the SEC make mega dollars. Snowflakes IMO if Kiffin keeps them up at night.
