I don't think Obama will have the opportunity to flip the court, but the two justices most likely to retire are liberal.

After that, if Obama's 2nd term is as bad as most on this board are predicting, then the GOP should have a cakewalk to the Oval Office in 2016 and get appointees of their own.

Non-starter IMO.
