The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

Yes, but when both are so flawed they don't deserve my vote I don't give it to them. It's called having principles, try it sometime.
So you agree that all are flawed, but not all equally flawed.
Continuums
That's progress.
Now on to @Weezer

In his mind there was a legal option for dealing with that.
Maybe but It's going to be hard to convince a jury. His own VP who is also an attorney advised him it was unconstitutional. I'm not sure how high the bar is but I believe it is that a reasonable person should have known. He was the President of the US for god's sake.

There’s no legal requirement to agree with your VP. Biden himself stated student loan forgiveness was unconstitutional and then tried anyway.

Willful ignorance of the law is no excuse for Biden or Trump.

No one is claiming ignorance of the law. The charges rely on trump knowingly defrauding voters. You can be told something by your VP and disagree with that. That’s not a crime.

Interesting you add Biden there though. Do you believe he should be legally charged for his unconstitutional actions?

I guess you could say that but where we differ is that on my continuum there is a line where party or politics doesn't matter. We can't say that about you.
Sure I have a line. It's just in a different place than yours, and I factor in the distance between the two viable choices.

Of course Trump knowingly defrauded voters.
