We've been over this. IMO he believed the election was unfair but he knew he lost it. By trying to illegally prevent the certification he was knowingly defrauding voters and America. I believe there will be ample evidence that a reasonable person should have known the scheme he and his co-conspiritors devised was illegal. That's all I have to say about that.

Expand your horizons and open your mind a tad. It may be painful at first, but it's worth it in the long run.

To be fair, the red women (my wife) has been in remission long enough that we’re considered cured of liver cancer. Our last scan shows the levels of damage to her liver has healed to a point that was once thought not possible. They actually did the scan again because they didn’t believe the results.

So it happens

Oh. I’m in absolute agreement that some people are cured of some cancers. But that isn’t the same as “We’ve cured some cancers”.

I think we’re splitting hairs on this one but our Drs have made the same claims. There are cancers that just are not the death sentence they once were.

Not really a issue I’m that interested in so I’ll butt back out

If by unfair you mean “he believed many of the votes for Biden were fraudulent” then he believed he rightfully won the election. Which is what the entire case hinges on.

Yes it is the same. Have we cured the invading cancers? No, but we're working on it. We have a pretty good idea of the foods we should eat to help thwart it. Can you be diagnosed with several forms of cancer and be cured? Absolutely

I agree.

I’m just making the point that while certain Cancers are more curable, and certain people are more prone to be cured, I don’t know that we can say “We have a cure for X type of cancer”.

More like, we have found an effective treatment plan leading to higher percentages of people being cured of certain types of cancer.

I could be way off, but I don’t believe many MDs that would state “We have found the cure for X type of cancer”.

It was open for interpretation, until made ceremonial in 2022....why was that change made. For this exact reason, to takeout the interpretation. It's the only thing the Dems have done I agree with. Now seeing as long as the electors specifically stated "if" in their scheme (reason electors fun PS are not being charged) then technically nothing was illegally done. PENCE could have rejected electors but never would have gotten unanimous consent to apply Trump's. Thus the catch...even the politico article we both reference refered to that loophole. And many lawyers interpreted it that way at the time.
