Alleged applies any time there is not yet a conviction. And there isn’t one for Jan 6. And there never will be because there was never enough evidence to convinct. And there never was going to be which is why Garland and Smith slow walked the case for four years. If there was enough evidence they would have moved quickly in 2021 and 2022 to get a conviction and actually jail Trump. The fact they waited until the last half of Biden’s term made it quite apparent that they knew could only cast a shadow over Trump which is exactly what they tried to do.
I do however expect criminal charges and convictions related to J6; just not of Trump. Expect to see a deep investigation of the members of the so called Jan 6 Committee for (allegedly) suppressing and destroying evidence that would have exonerated Trump and against the military for (allegedly) leaving the National Guard sitting in buses for three hours a couple of miles from the Capitol to deliberately create more chaos to make Trump look worse. Pelosi, Cheney, and Kinzinger will look great in Orange.

What’s really bad is the people using it knew it was fake the whole time. If that exact thing had been concocted by Trump and happened to Hillary you would be singing a very different tune.
