Class of 2014

Cuonzo Martin has been recruiting these 2 for awhile, and last year they named Tennessee an early leader.

Coach Martin offered both twins a scholarship this morning, and join a host of other schools that've offered.

The twins have visited Nc State and there are talks they will visit Tennessee for a football game before the season is over.

Caleb is ranked #40 and Cody is ranked #42, would be a great get for the staff.

I don't know. The way things are going for UT lately, it's going to be hard to settle for mere 4-stars.

So we have four scholarships next year, right?

We take these two. Then we pick one of the point guards. I think we need to take a big man if we can. That gives us a PG, 2 Wings, and a big. Seems like a good class to me. Especially with all the 4s we could possibly bring in in the 2013 class.

BTO Why do you see little probability with Lindsey? He and his teammate from CPA visited unofficially last weekend for the Florida game. I definitely think Tennessee is in that one for sure.

That doesn't mean a whole lot, if bama offered you free tix to go see bama-lsu from the sideline would you go?

He has said north carolina (iirc) is his dream school, once he receives an offer he's all there's.

Not saying you don't recruit him, or try...but our chances are very very slim with Lindsey.

Well I think Tennessee is far more in that than you think. He might go to North Carlolina but Martin has Tennessee positioned well here. Go Vols!

I've heard that he's just waiting on the offer...now maybe NC never offers him, that's why you absolutely continue to recruit him.

And maybe with a great season for the Vols, and some more time put in by Martin, he can flip him.

It's definitely not over, but I didn't include him because I don't think our chances are that good. Same concept with nick king this year, many didnt include him in their realistic predictions. We were recruiting him, and had him on a visit, but most realized we were never in the lead.

Ok ok I see. I like looney I see some Kevin Durant in him from the point of being lanky and being able to handle the ball. I wouldn't turn away the Martin twins just wondering what you thought.

It seems with the visit Looney is highly interested in us and Lindsey is interested in us.

The good news? It's still very early. No need for Martin to rush anybody into anything.

Right I think after this years showing and the class coming in next year. I think it can open a lot of doors recruiting wise.
