The meltdown that is happening on the Vandy message boards

yup. maybe if vandy waits another 50+ years, they will find another franklin to get them to a few 8+ win seasons til he bolts to a winning football program.

the future is bright dores!

Don't forget that that will have to coincide with another historically pitiful down period for the rest of the SEC East.

Reading through Vandy247, will post results:
Some of y'all acting like we had an explosive offense last season.. We always suck in first half somehow. Mason will get in their butts during halftime and we will pour it on!

The one that's happening over on the Vandy boards.. And I can't blame any of them. That was the worst coaching performances I've ever seen in my years of watching football.

I'm sure this will be moved to NCAA but this impacts us somewhat in recruiting as the team to the west (who already wasn't making much noise) has now become a complete non-factor..

Completely shocking turn of events over there, even for Vandy, as 3 years of momentum is completely gone after 1 game.

I want to see quotes from, their poster(s)... :wrings hands:

No, because according to VN, James Franklin was successful at Vandy ONLY because UT and UF are down, and UGA had all those injuries last year.

Those 9-win seasons were all smoke and mirrors. :whistling:

I dunno man, 4 cupcake OOC games, plus Kentucky and consider the fact that both Florida and UT had fielded some their worst teams in 30 years and you have what looks like on paper an impressive 7 wins. Throw in a Georgia team that was decimated by injuries last season and you have an 8 win season that you can thump your chest about. Basically Vandy was handed 5 Ws to start the season and took advantage of a down UF and UT and they got lucky that UGA was depleted by mid season.

That's exactly what I ment by saying this could easily happen to us on sunday

We could very well lose and it would be disappointing, but I don't see anyway we get blown off the field like Vandy did. The most unprepared we've looked under Butch was the Mizzou game IMO and we looked far superior to what Vandy waltzed out there. Butch has won before, Mason had never coached a game and it showed.

No....So you think that CBJ will not have them ready and yank Worley in the 2nd Qtr if he is 4-6 passing 0 int 0 TDs

Easily no...it will not happen at all. Did you watch any of the Vandy Game. It looked like a Pop Warner Game with a Pop Warner Coaching Staff nothing good to note.

This was the poorest representation of the SEC against a OOC opponent I have seen in a while...

Stupid is Stupid posts, Stupid does. Just dumb statement.
