Two of my coworkers ("HUGE" Vandy fans) didn't show up this morning. I was ready to lay into them. I guess they knew it was coming.

One of my coworkers (HUGE A&M Fan) didn't show up for work this morning. I think it may have been for different reasons though!

Any team that loses by 30 points at home to Temple (who went 2-10 last year with a loss to Fordham) deserves to have stones thrown at them. If Middle Tennessee lost at home to Temple by 30 points, I would throw stones at them. Vandy was pathetic last night in every aspect...As for the comment that Vandy "has owned us the past few years", I realize that Vandy has won the last two years but that has nothing to do with last night or with this season and the future to come...not to mention that last year's game came down to a last minute TD drive and that is hardly being "owned".

I have no sympathy and feel no remorse for Vanderbilt or its fans. Even for friends that I grew up with in the Nashville area. The last two years they have been talking about how Vanderbilt has officially passed Tennessee as the elite program in the state. Tennessee will never be good again and Vanderbilt will now compete for the SEC year in and year out. Haha. Robinette -- worst SEC QB this season

Actually, I think they should have left him in the game(speaking from an unbiased POV). Sure, he was struggling some, but he hadn't thrown any INTs. Should have seen if he could work out his problems. Rivers had an INT and a fumble recovered for a TD, and the third stringer had 2 picks. It was the opening game of their season. If camp says Robinette is your guy, give him a chance to work out the kinks imo.

Why, because other than the poor qb comment, he makes valid points? I think Worley is at least an average qb. He could be better than average, but we won't know that until a few games into the season. Weather could absolutely be a factor in our game, and it's a fact that both lines return no starters from last year. So how does pointing out reality make someone a troll? I hope we win. I hope we roll over Utah State worse than Temple did over Vandy, but we won't know anything until the game is played. How does acknowledging that truth make someone a troll?
