The Cleveland Cavaliers. King James has not even reached his prime, he is 22, and has a bunch of nobody's on his team and he is scoring 48 points against Detroit in the conference finals. When King James gets his Scottie Pippen ( just a hunch it might be Dwyane Wade when his contract is up and Shaq is gone ) the Cavs will ominate the NBA for 10 years. LeBron may get more than 6 rings and he will be the greatest of all-time. The domination began last night.

i agree Lebron did show signs of dominance last nite, but i dont kno if that one game will determine how great he is gonna b, a lot of ppl were saying today what u r saying is that he began dominating last nite, but those shots he threw up seemed to have some luck in them because the shots were rattling in and it doesnt look like he has any fluidity in his shot, but he can get to the rim anytime he wants and i would like to see him do that more

Shouldn't they actually win something before they get annointed a dynasty.

Someone hasn't been watching ESPNNews latley...

...actually if you were watching that, you would think he is 2x better than both Jordan, and Magic combined.

yea i love lebron and the cavs, but all the guys from sportscenter, pti, around the horn, etc. were saying how great he is now because he hit a bunch of rattlers in the 4th quarter.. i just dont kno if he should b mentioned with Jordan, Bird and Magic yet, i mean show a little respect for the game and the legends of it by not comparing a 22 yr old to what these legends have endured and accomplished over their great careers

I think Lebron will be considered one of basketalls top players all time when he has retired, but Cavs= dynasty? Not so much. Lebron will win multiple titles though, I hope some are in Cleveland.

I love the Cavs, but you have to win something to be a dynasty.
I like the way you put it into a nutshell. Although Lebron is only 22, he has shown he is worthy of the superstar status. However, the Cavs have to at least get to the NBA finals (which hasn't happened yet) before any annointing can commence. Ya gotta kill the Pistons first.

"Luck" and a "bunch of rattlers" do not 48 points make, nor 29 of your teams last 30 against one of the leagues best Ds. Give the guy some credit.

This is just silly. Consistently high levels of play mark dynasties and nothing about LeBron says consistency today. He's a mediocre shooter at best and his FT shooting reflects same. He plays D about like I do and has little D around him. The Bulls dynasty was such because they could crank up the D at any given time and make up for MJs poor shooting nights. The Cavs don't have that kind of D and without change LBJ ain't ever going to be the cornerstone of great D. Add a big man or two that can make the paint a tough place to play (which most championship teams do) and they have a chance. Adding DWade would only make for a worse defensive team than they have today.

did u watch the game?.. i mean he had a few shots that were pure but a lot of his shots looked like they have a good chance of not going down in game 6, thats all im saying.. i like lebron and i do give him credit because that was a great performance, im just saying everyone shouldnt jump the gun and say how great he is YET because he will have to do a lot more than come thru with a clutch performance in game 5 in the eastern conf finals to be compared to Jordan, Bird and Magic, such as win 6 NBA championships(jordan), average 27 points and 14 rebs in the NBA FINALS (bird), or average 20 points, 7 rebounds, and 11 assists over his CAREER

Yeah, I bet Wade's just dying to trade in South Beach for the Flats.

Calm down man. Lebron had one good playoff game(finally). It took Jordan 8 yrs to win anything. They had the Pistons down 3-2 last year and choked. Let them get past Detroit before you blow a fuse again.
