The NCAA is ridiculous

The NCAA has grown too big for its britches. They've become bigger than the sports and the schools they are supposed to be working FOR.

A 19 year old kid hits a walk off bomb in Super Regionals to send his team to the CWS and the NCAA expects the hell raising to go on after he trots the bases, touches home plate, then comes back to the dugout.

Get a life.

I always wondered why some faction of schools never just finally told the NCAA to FO and started a new association.

Next they'll dictate that fans can't rush the field after a big win.

Oh wait. Nevermind.

the fans should just make sure the game is final before rushing the field. Never know what can happen on that last play :p

I would say that if the lunacy that is the NCAA continues to regulate such silly things, it's certainly something some AD's would consider.

Ohhhhhhh man, I bet the NCAA comes down hard after Ole Miss and UVA goes 12 and dude from Ole' Miss hits a solo walk off. I think I saw some guys hi-5 him before he crossed the plate.

There clowns ain't going to do s***.

Well, going off this rule's explanation, nothing would happen. The only people eligible to get ejected would be those running onto the field, not the person trotting. If it's a walk-off, then the whole team could get ejected mid-trot, and it would still end when he touched home plate.

We could've just left it at the thread title. Nothing else really needs to be said.
