I'd expect them not to have a smoker being held up as the paragon of fitness.

He hasn't seen the day he was as fit as Bush was when he took office. Bush didn't get crap like "the new male body."

Bush got credit for being in shape. But Im not gonna start comparing men's bodies so I will leave it at that. This article had nothing to do with GW.

I'm aware what it has to do with. joevol is overzealous in his threadstarting bent, but he has a point here with the ridiculous media fawning over Obama. The guy smokes for goodness sake. He couldn't run a 5k within 5 minutes of GWB.

Love it or leave it. Pretty easy.

While it may be best for you to sit around and moan and groan about everything, most of us are happy citizens of the US. I am as happy today as I was eight years ago and will be as happy 8 years from now. If Obama doesn't get it done or fails miserably the American people will have their say. Pretty simple. You can either choose to be happy in your life or be miserable. You have chosen the latter. Whomever is president shouldn't dictate your well being...but so be it for the pessimists of the world

why do you believe anyone is more or less miserable based upon commentary on a website? Obama's election hasn't changed my life one bit. It likely will over time. We'll see.

Back when I smoked, I ran a marathon and would have dusted GWB in a 5k.

It was specifically aimed at JoeVol. And it is quite easy to make such assumptions based on someone's posts. I wasn't talking to you. You don't always speak in gloom and doom...JoeVol does at an alarming rate
