the NFL Ticket/Game mix/Superfan

anybody else have this?

i've had the ticket for 2 years now and it's great. i was a bit pissed when i turned on my HD channels though and i didn't get the HD feed thru Direct TV for the Ticket.

i had it last year......so i called and thought it was a glitch.......found out that's another "special package" called Superfan, and for another $99 i could get all the Ticket games in HD.

of course i raised hell, and after 10 minutes of bitching, i got superfan for free.

anyway.......there's a channel, 702-1, that has the game mix, it displays up to 8 games at the same time, and you can flip between each one and get the audio and select games direct from the screen.....

i think it's the best thing that's ever happened to sports. i watched 14 games yesterday, and didn't miss a thing.

i don't think it's worth the extra $100, but it's definitely made my NFL Sundays more enjoyable.

and i was just wondering if anyone else thought it was worth anything?

I have it and the exact same thing happened to me. I ended up getting it for free too. I think that it's a bunch of BS that they sell you the HD package and take away all the HD channels under the ticket in order to sell you this package. I guess I am going to have to pay for it next year in order to receive the HD channels. Wonder if We cancel if they will give it to us for free again. Hmmm......... I have 4 receivers and TVs set up in the Living Room. Fantasy Football every Sunday. The Red Zone Channel is a good one too.
