This is a great RB draft, and that's good for my dynasty fantasy league. Good year to be the 5th pick. Usually that means you're drafting WR.

We all talk about how teams are bad at drafting QB, and that can be explained by the complexity of the position....doesn't it seem like teams are bad at drafting TE? And if you agree, why is that? Just seems like the best TE's tend to come from later rounds. These are the great TE's of my fan lifetime:

Sharpe = 7th
Witten = 3rd
Gronk = 2nd
Kelce = 3rd
Gates = undrafted
Graham = 3rd
Olsen = 1st
Gonzalez = 1st
Coates = 5th

People are picking Broncos to take Loveland, and I don't really wanna be in the business of drafting 1st rd TE's, but maybe he's worth it.

Bowers seems to be worth it (granted only 1 year, but LV is happy)

You forgot Kittle IMO (5th round pick)

Yeah, and I drafted him in fantasy, so I'm happy as a clam....but his tape and stats were incredible. I think Warren and Loveland show a lot of promise, but Bowers is his own thing.

I’ve been looking at a few mock drafts today, and James Pearce is all over the place. One had him going #9 to the Saints, two others have him going to the Falcons at #15, and the other two didn’t even have him being selected in the first round. The whole “character concerns” thing just seems really weird.
