I don't blame Dooley as much as Hamilton . Hiring an unproven coach that has never proven to be a winner is very risky. He probably did the best he was capable of. I feel for him even though he gets a $5,000,000 buyout. Let's hope Dave Hart uses better judgement than Mike Hamilton.
