Been watching tee martin fB page and he hasn't posted anything since butch jones was hired. That makes me believe that he is quietly getting ready to come home to Tennessee!!

John Jancek - Coached at Georgia, has ties to the South.
Tommy Thigpen - Coached at Auburn this past year. Great recruiter. Was named in the national top 25 recruiters list three times (2007, 2009, 2011) & was the SEC Recruiter of the Year (2011)
Willie Martinez - Coached at Georgia and Oklahoma. Has good ties in the South and Florida.

CBJ...Unlike CDD you actually read some social media and care about your fan base. With that being said...GET TEE MARTIN and AL WILSON on you staff!

I believe Thigpen is coaching linebackers?

I hated to see Pitman gone but I think it will turn out better in the long run. The thing that I like the most about what CBJ is doing is he is bringing in people that know him and understand CBJ's vision for offense and defense. I think that was a huge challenge for Derrick Dooley. Dooley had new staff every year which makes it impossible to build any real consistency within a program.

Keeping Graham was a wise move for so many different reasons. Hiring Tee Martin would accomplish several things and ultimately become another home run type decision if it works out....

This is gonna be a very good staff even if we dont pull Tee. Gonna have some recruiters and also some good coaches. For those frowning on those he brings from Cincy, look at the production they achieved there along with the amount of players put into the pros. Defense in the top 15 in scoring def (in the high scoring Big East no less) along with a very productive offense. These guys appear to know what they are doing. Can anyone name anyone besides Smart or Thompson on Saban's staff?

Most of the Cincy guys won't be official till after the bowl game but unofficially it seems to be.

Anybody hearing VanGorder as DC? A couple post on a Barn site had VanGorder as DC w/ Thigpen as LB.

Martinez was fired by both Georgia and Oklahoma.

John Jancek was fired by Georgia.

This staff pretty average, far from the "best staff in America" by a wide margin.

So we're waiting on Special Teams, Tight Ends and Wide Recievers? How many vacancies do we have left?
