Whats extra sad is he was being courted by a few schools. The determining factor was Coach Osborne begged him and said we need you. It is tough to turn down such a highly regarded mentor. Now that it has blown up in his face. Hard to deal with that.

I could actually see Herman making them respectable again if given a 4-5 year honeymoon period .

Mullen is a maybe . His recruiting At UF was suspect but I see making Nebraska respectable as on par with making Miss. St respectable so it would probably be worth a call.
