The Official Tennessee Titans thread IV

How bout them Titans baby!!!!

The Titans said a big F You to all doubters including Teddy and Rod that picked the Eagles. The Eagles crashed like the Enron stocks and I can't wait to see the furious reaction by Eagles Fan EDP.

The Titans like Jason Voorhees punched through the Eagles body and knocked the Eagles head off which landed in the Gulf of Mexico.

Another game-winning drive for Mariota, the guy is clutch.

That's why I call him Marcus the Marvel Mariota.
He is a Ace yes he'll make mistakes no QB is perfect, and did have a inexcusable int except didn't matter because was a ace after that soul crushing INT.
Mariota is a champion while Cutler the Embarrassment Bum infamous Bust isn't along with the Mediocre Orton that can't use great comebacks after they throw ints if they're playing great teams.

Couldn’t have scripted it better than that. Statement win.

The asinine the NFL is fixed persons will say that happened because it was a excellent story and continue with the NFL is the WWE.
Enron scandal, Watergate, MLB players using steroids, GMC Scandal, White Sox throw a World Series, Spygate, etc all these show that if a secret involves more than 1 person it's extremely unlikely it remains a secret so all logical intelligent reasons to say why the NFL is fixed isn't just baseless it's moronic, it's most illogical, it's asinine, implausible, unintelligent, and has 0 credibility

It’s worth living with the occasional questionable throw since he’s such a playmaker. We just need him to stay healthy.

Got to love the the guts of this team and the b*lls of this staff. Special things are happening in Nashville and we are finally contenders once again.

TITAN UP WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Im really confused by him
In what way?

Also I did get that final score wrong except a excellent valiant Titans win so tough to be bothered by my mistake with this 26-23 win and not 26-20 win which I'm guilty of posting with that wrong score.

3 Consecutive Wins
All wins by exactly 3 Points with close games
Defense is a bend don't break with the best of that shown in this game
Also Mariota has been a ace in the last 2 games.
All 3 games required a game winning drive.

His first one in the regular season. He scored two against New England in the playoffs last year. Still have never understood why playoff stats aren't included with general ones.

I guess I should have stated that but yeah.

That was a gritty as hell performance and Mariota showed some guts. It was nice to see. Nice to have sole possession of the division as well.

Yeah the culture change is amazing. I think we got to give Mularkey some credit for doing that. The teams that Fisher (his last years), Munchak, and Whizenhunt coached wouldn't have been able to make that come back.

A most similar game was the Falcons with ZM starting and the Titans could not finish the comeback 2014 and the Steelers, etc.
You can look at other games in the Fisher era after 2008 where they lost games with failure to finish comebacks including vs a great Colts team at Indy 2009, etc.

It's nice to see a staff that owns a pair. That was an exciting game to watch. Fisher had some good teams early in his tenure but the latter like you mentioned would have folded. Got a lot going for us right now. Need to keep playing good football

Funny Eagles fans are complaining about the refs! Good stuff.

They don't have any valid excuses for losing didn't score a game winning td late, didn't score a game winning td in Overtime, didn't stop Titans without rule violations including a irrefutable PI it's like the Eagles defense played with asinine delusional belief the Refs are blind and the audacity to complain like they are the dirt on their hand guilty it makes sense when it's a awful call a phantom call not when the player is guilty that's like persons blaming McDonald's for becoming obese when it was their damn choice to eat they know it's unhealthy food and not exercise yes that's how moronic the Eagles defense players were today if any of them complained about being called for it's obvious they held, PI, etc play clean so they can't call penalties not dirty so they have ammunition to call you out on your damn rules violations, didn't score a td after that int, and didn't held on the ball when Titans recovered the fumble.

In other words they are Wile E Coyote today, and the Eagles are that level of choke artists dopes today with a glorious chokejob.

The Titans were in a street fight and knocked the Eagles the hell out, the Titans are a incredible fire that the Eagles couldn't extinguish, the Titans are Champions that are valiant, resilient, persistent or tenacious, and have a indomitable spirit all of which was to much for the Favored Eagles to overcome to defeat the Underdog Titans.

Titans have really turned it on after that ugly week 1 loss. Impressive.

Most likely a fluke they've played 3 Full games all wins, they had to play the longest NFL game with multiple weather delays and lost.
The Titans are reminding me of the 1999 Team and like that team they have a indomitable spirit a team that never gives the hell up or surrenders, a valiant persistent or tenacious resilient gritty lion hearted team that are Champions, a talented great coached possibly great team so I won't be amazed if they get to the AFC Championship game or the Super Bowl.
All these traits including the indomitable spirit was shown in this excellent unforgettable dramatic close entertaining exciting game vs the Eagles.

Titans keep prospering as the underdog so please Las Vegas keep favoring their foes.
Mostly possible I'm wrong the AFC South could be Mediocre because with 2 winning teams and 2 losing teams, not a pretty good or great division which I was optimistic it would be with 3 winning team most likely Texans, Jaguars, and Titans.

Colts have a huge lack of support which continues to get shown after 4 games and a awful flaw that most likely they won't be able to overcome to win 9 or more games. The Rams when still in Saint Louis were once that with RB Jackson as their Best player..

cant totally disagree. I’m not quite ready to make that pronouncement. I would say the jury is still out though.
He doesn't finish about 50% of his runs. With his build he could be so much more effective but for whatever reason he doesn't choose to be.

He seems to throw a random INT every game. The ball sails on him or he doesn't see a lurking backer/saftey. Hes consistent with these INT is the most frustrating thing about his game along with injuries.
