I really hope we can stay focused and not dwell on the KY thrashing. Every game from here out is HUGE. CCM needs to keep the formula: smothering, physical defense, aggressively attack the rim and the boards, push tempo when we are able, limit turnovers, and take smart shots.

And don't put Stokes back in the game with 1 minute left in the first half to pick up a foul.

Think we gained some confidence off the uk game, skykar, trae and Jordan hopefully keep that confidence. I'm gonna say Vols win 76-64

LSU has been just as up and down as UT has this season so this game is hard to predict. O'Bryant has been pretty amazing the last couple of road games for this team. Without him, they get blown out at Bama and fight to beat South Carolina. He plays with a lot of emotions too. If we can keep a fresh body on him and frustrate him early, this game really shouldn't be that close. Also, I'd love to see Martin pressure Hickey a bit early to see what happens. He does a pretty good job of taking care of the ball but when Stallings threw some pressure at him, he turned it over and Vandy almost stole one. I don't think LSU would expect any kind of pressure like that from UT.

Also, the other small guard would probably be recognized as one of the best shooters in the country but he's small and doesn't have much of a lift. I don't expect him to do anything because we have length for days to bother this kid when he catches to shoot. I'd still expect him to launch a few and hit more than he misses.

If Jarnell , The Man, walks on the court, the game will be a cake walk.
If the young lad returns, we'll struggle.

This should be a good, close game. Both LSU and UT are coming off a some pretty decisive victories along with a little momentum.

I think UT wins it 71-64.
