Hope we can stop TJ Warren he's averaging like 23 ppg. They also have a 7'0 Aussie that might give our post some trouble. We know how well Stokes has done against bigger 5's.

I think we beat the spread in this game. We will have to be hitting the threes since their center is a 7'er. GBO

This will either be a game where we blow them away or it will be yet another game in Cuonzo's Tennessee coaching career where the Vols come out flat. There is no in between.

If CCM let's vols run. . We win big...he hasn't turned em' loose since Kentucky last season and I don't understand his clock-killing, no movement offense. That's why worse teams can hang around with us. Our so called "set plays" consist of passing ball around perimeter and rushing a shot with 5 seconds left. .

My guy in Vegas tells me he likes us by 14, something like 35-21. I think that juco kid, Patterson, will show that he is legit. I think our d will force Glennon into some turnovers, and I think that Amerson kid will get flat abused. It should be a good start to the year, but I bet Dooley doesn't make it to the ky game.

Seems reasonable IMO. If Dooley and Co. can get a hot start against a decent team in NC State, watch out, they could make some noise nationally. Would set up a must-win vs Florida.

Gameday might even come back to the hill for that one if Fowler doesn't mind getting another sack of ......

they are bigger than us. You'd think that would make us want to get out and get shots up before the D can be set, but I imagine we will play into their hands and flail shot ups at their big guys

Got a question...does Butch attend home basketball games? In the past have other Vol coaches supported basketball? I know when Bruce was coaching you would always see the cameras pan to Phil in the crowd...always sat behing the Vol bench...he seemed to be a big supporter....Peyton as well.
