This is the worst Peay basketball team I’ve seen since …….ever

I see no advantage in AP having moved to the ASun. And then the UAC in football. The UAC footprint is not advantageous to FCS budgets. The money AP will get form the GA game doesn't bolster the budget. It just covers travel to Abilene and Utah and points in between. But, I'm also not sure why the OVC up and lost 4 teams. Arguably the top 4 maybe? THe UAC is basically some of the teams that left the southland for WAC football that didn't come through and some southeastern schools.

I spent some years at ACU. They jumped ship on the Southland for some reason which was their first stop voming up to D1 from D2. And they were very competitive at D2. The WAC was supposed to revive football at FCS level. So, ACU went there, but that travel was as bad as the UAC's now. ACU still in the WAC in the other sports but has been bouncing around in football after leaving the Southland. Don't get why AP went to the ASUN for all sports with football going to the UAC. I think they should have stayed OVC, and ACU prolly wishes they stayed Southland. Atleast the bulk of that travel was just Texas and Cajun land.
